We aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and beautifully packaged — every detail considered, from our studio to your doorstep.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, please allow a few extra days for fulfillment.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If your tracking number isn’t active immediately, check again within 24 hours as the carrier updates their system.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. While we’re unable to replace items lost after delivery confirmation, we’ll do our best to assist in locating your order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email realsrsbiznezz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
